Allresist attended the “triple-beam” conference EIPBN 2018 for the first time. Matthias Schirmer and Dr. Christian Kaiser answered many inquiries at the exhibition stand, especially questions regarding electron beam resists. Resists CSAR 62 and Electra 92 are meanwhile well established worldwide; more resists of high interest to customers were now added with Phoenix 81, Atlas 46, and Medusa 82.
At the conference, also two well-acclaimed lectures were given. Dr. Christian Kaiser presented the new development Atlas 46, Matthias Schirmer demonstrated further application examples of CSAR 62. At our highly frequented stand, many visitors and customers mainly from the USA showed great interest in our further development of e-beam resists. Many customers were particularly impressed by the high quality of CSAR 62 and Electra 92, our short delivery times, and our individual consulting service.
The conference was a complete success for Allresist. Further results of the developments will now be presented at the MNE 2018 Conference in Copenhagen.
