The Allresist team has had a week full of major milestones! On Tuesday, 15 September, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony for our new logistics center in Strausberg together with partners, tradespeople, and representatives from regional politics. This marks an important construction milestone: the building shell is now officially enclosed and weatherproof. The strong interest in our approximately EUR 3 million, fully self-financed construction project was also reflected in extensive media coverage by rbb, nd, and OAZ.

The investment volume for the new building, constructed by Goldbeck, amounts to around EUR 2.1 million. Together with extensive modernization work in the existing building, the total investment comes to approximately EUR 3 million. We are very proud that we are able to finance this project entirely without external loans – supported by valuable funding from ILB.

But the day brought us another outstanding piece of news: the expert jury of the German Sustainability Award has officially recognized our innovative eco-resist Medusa 84 SiH System as a “Driver of Transformation” and selected it as a finalist for the German Sustainability Award for Products 2027! Through our Green Chemistry approach, we develop high-performance products for the semiconductor industry that are more environmentally friendly and safer for users – helping to lay the groundwork today for the quantum computers of tomorrow.

“This is the absolute Champions League – and this sensational achievement belongs to all of us! Together, as one team, we made it possible,” says Managing Director Brigitte Schirmer. In December, the management team will proudly travel to Düsseldorf for the official award ceremony.

At the same time, these achievements are paving the way for our company’s future: from January 2027, daughter Ulrike will take over as sole Managing Director and lead the company forward on this strong and sustainable foundation.

A huge thank you to our entire team, the planners and construction managers at Goldbeck, to Mario Schirmer for his excellent coordination, and to all the tradespeople who brought this project to life in all kinds of weather!
