A further new development, the likewise universally applicable remover AR 300-76, is characterized by a much higher flash point of 103°C as compared to AR 600-71. AR 300-76 was specifically developed as equivalent alternative to the NEP-containing removers AR 300-70 and AR 300-72 which were classified as teratogenic in 2013. Remover AR 300-76 is composed of different organic esters of safer solvents, may be used at up to 80°C and is thus particularly well suited also for the removal of specially hardened resist films.
